Any inconsistency as to the capacity in which Barbara Kempers Unlimited operates and/or which general terms and conditions apply, Barbara Kempers Unlimited view is decisive.

All our activities are performed exclusively under Dutch law. The District Court Rotterdam, the Netherlands is exclusively competent. Our tariff includes commission. Barbara Kempers Unlimited rejects any possible general terms and conditions from principal hereby.
